Q: How long does it take for a package to be delivered?
A: Six hours from the time the on-line order is placed. Working hours are 8am till 6pm Israel time.
Q: Who is the website aimed at?
A: The Gift it Well website is for the patient’s family and friends, to help them find the perfect gift. It is also a place for the patient to find helpful advice and tips, and if they wish, to buy him/herself a gift or service.
Q: Do you only deliver in Jerusalem?
A: We are currently delivering to all hospitals and care facilities in Jerusalem, with some exceptions. Call or write us to confirm delivery. In the foreseeable future, we look forward to offering delivery throughout Israel.
Q: Are services just provided in Jerusalem?
A: Services are provided in the greater Jerusalem area, and neighboring communities such as Modiin, Bet Shemesh and Gush Etzion.
