Rochelle Wreschner - Founder and CEO
Rochelle brings over 25 years of experience as a hospital play specialist, supporting pediatric oncology patients and their families throughout their journey. Her work alongside patients and the nuclear family during hospital stays, pre and post-op, and at home in recovery inspired her to build "Care Well". Rochelle has experience from Great Ormond Street Hospital, London, Portland Hospital, London, and in Jerusalem in Shaare Tzedek as well as Hadassah Ein Kerem.

Andrea ( Esther) Nathanson - Registered nurse, founded Qualicare - homecare services, franchised across America. Esther is a certified community nurse, has specialized in palliative care, mental health, and assisting those with complex medical conditions. Esther retired in 2016 and made Aliya with her husband in 2017. She is a devoted volunteer for many new and old projects across Israel. Esther loves helping and mentoring organizations.
